The life cycle of a translation project
The second stage is where the bulk of the project takes place: the translation or revision of the text. Professionals specialised in other sectors (engineers, lawyers, medical professionals, etc.) may contribute during this stage in order to ensure that the correct terminology is used in the translation.
The third and final stage of the cycle involves all the extra services that a linguistic project may include, such as formatting the translation and editing the images with written content, testing – in the case of web content or software localisation – and certifying and sending the document – in the case of sworn translation.
Finally, once all the previous stages are complete, all that’s left to do is to deliver the service to the client and to remain at their disposal for any queries that may arise.
Our team encompasses professionals from many different fields: project managers, translators, interpreters, localisation experts, language specialists and DTP engineers. They are all specialists in their chosen fields and have amassed a wealth of experience in the sector.
Our language professionals, who always work into their mother tongue, are either qualified in translation and interpreting, or have studied subjects related to translation or linguistics, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the world of translation and interpreting and an excellent knowledge of CAT tools, allowing them to deliver the highest quality, every time. They also have a great team spirit and are firmly committed to delivering quality in their translation and interpreting services.
